Andrew "Andy" Scott Noell, 52, of Ft. Worth, TX formerly of North Little Rock, died April 11, 2013. He was a graduate of Northeast High School and AMI Technical College. He was a certified motorcycle mechanic and enthusiast. He enjoyed IndyCar Racing and Motocross. Andy had been employed by AT&T for the past sixteen years.
He is survived by the love of his life, Bobbi Mitchell; parents, William J. Noell, Sr and June Scott Noell; two brothers, Billy Noell (Rose) and Steve Noell (Maria); nieces, Amanda Craig, Angela Craig and Brandy Dodd; nephews, John Noell, Sean Noell, Eddie Noell and Charlie Dodd; one great nephew, Will Noell.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at Park Hill Presbyterian Church. Memorials may be made to the church.
