Andrew Finley

Andrew Lee Finley, age 57, passed away from this life on April 17, 2024, at his home in Marianna, Arkansas. He was born June 18, 1966, in Conway, Arkansas, to Joe Bill and Peggy Finley. 

Andy attended Beebe Public School in Beebe, Arkansas, graduating in 1984. He was known by those who loved him for his infectious smile and uplifting spirit, making people laugh along the way. As a child, he loved spending time with his Papaw Welch on the farm, especially working in the field and driving the tractor. He took pride in helping others and spent many years as a first responder and volunteer firefighter. Outside of work, he enjoyed the outdoors by hunting and fishing. Andy also deeply valued the company of his family and friends.

Andy is preceded in death by his mother, Peggy Finley; his maternal grandparents, Carl and Lois Welch; his paternal grandparents, Carl and Mabel Finley and Wilmer Spear; his uncle, Tommy Welch and his aunts, Linda Jo Welch and Judy Welch.

He is survived by his father, Joe Bill (Kaye) Finley; children, Brandon (Nikki) Finley and John Finley; siblings Darren (Sheryl) Finley, Teresa (David) Mason, Corey (Beverly) Finley, Madison (David) Campbell, and Melanie (Jordan) Fulmer; aunts Darla (Larry) Smith, Lynda (Louie) Qualls, and Donna (Henry) Horn; nephew Derek Finley; nieces Brittanny (Trevor) Haile, Emily Cummins, Livy Mason, and Lauren Beatty; granddaughter Haven Nicole Finley, and a host of loving cousins and friends.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 27, 2024, followed by Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m., at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, 404 W. Dewitt Henry Dr., Beebe, Arkansas.
