Andre Starks
Andre Starks, 48, of Hot Springs, passed away June 23, 2019. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana to William Gene Perry and Maryland Jo Starks, he was an agricultural processor.
Preceded in death by his father, he leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Maryland Jo Starks of Eudora; sons, Derrick Starks of North Little Rock and Andre Starks, Jr. of Hot Springs; daughter, Coniquedre Starks of Hot Springs; brother, Derrick Starks; sister, Nasha Williams; one granddaughter, Gabri'Ella Starks; three nieces, Wyneke Starks, D'Yona Starks, and Faith Starks; three nephews, Dexter Hodges, Lil Derrick Starks and DeAndre Starks; and a dear close friend, Tyrone Thomas.
We would like to thank everyone for their cards, telephone calls, email, texts and donations.
Services will be Friday, July 5 at 11:00 a.m. at The Institute in Eudora, Arkansas.
