Amy Wadene Foreman Hilliard, 86, of Little Rock, passed away May 12, 2015. Born in Rosebud, Arkansas to Wade Hampton Foreman and Octavia Clark Foreman, she graduated from Quitman High School and the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She retired from a career of teaching high school english, speech and business at Fayetteville, Cabot, Wonderview and Salem Public Schools. She was a member of Highland Valley United Methodist Church and was active as a partner in ministry with her husband, a United Methodist Pastor.

Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Rev. Allan E. Hilliard, her brother, William James Foreman, and her sisters, Martha Lou Wood, Eunice Duncan and Bernie Robertson, she is survived by her daughter, Julia Frost (John) of Clarksville; sons, Anthony Allan Hilliard (Mary) of Pine Bluff, Joe Hampton Hilliard (Nicki) of Little Rock and J. Wesley Hilliard (Allison) of Van Buren; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 14 from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services are Friday, May 15 at 10:00 a.m. at Highland Valley United Methodist Church. Memorials may be made to Highland Valley United Methodist Church, Heifer International or to any church served by Rev. and Mrs. Hilliard.
