Amy Hawley

Amy Lillian Hawley was born June 11, 1957, in Helena Arkansas. She passed away peacefully at St. Vincent Hospital, Thursday, May 4, 2023. Amy was a retired medical transcriptionist, from Sherwood, who enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren and taking care of her feline friends. She was an active member in her church groups Catholic Daughters and Carmelites. She never stopped pursuing knowledge in her profession even after retirement.

Amy is preceded in death by her parents, George and Creda Smith; her twin sister, Jaimie Smith; and her husband, Paul Hawley. She is survived by her sons, Heath Jones and his children Haley (23) and Hunter (18), Bryan Hawley (wife, Alyssa) and their children Mary (5) and Michael (2), and Brett Hawley and his daughter Eloise (10).

Visitation and Rosary will be Thursday, May 11, 2023, at Immaculate Conception Church at 10:00 a.m. Her funeral will follow at 10:30 a.m. in the church with her graveside interment at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock at 12:00 p.m.
