Amber Nicole (Mazurek) Collins, 22, of Little Rock passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2011.
She is survived by her husband, Jeremie Collins; step-son, Hayden Collins; parents, Patricia and Doug Gentry, Bernie and Vanessa Mazurek; grandparents, Cecilia and Jim Lampkin, Winnie and Wilfred Mazurek, Delphard Cochran and Maxine Gentry; five brothers, Gavino Mazurek, Jacob Gentry, Daniel Gentry, Sammy Grissom and Kyle Grissom; sister, Amber Weatherly, all of Little Rock; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members. She was preceded in death by a special uncle, Joshua Cochran.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday at Crystal Hill Baptist Church. Burial will be in Cameron Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest registry at www.nlrfh.com.
