Amanda Johnson, 29, of Benton, AR passed away March 13, 2015. She was born to parents Robert and Beverly Buie Johnson on August 20, 1985 in Little Rock, AR.
Amanda loved spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite thing was playing with her young son, James. Amanda loved being a mom more than anything in the world. Her son was the light of her life and made her happier than any other time in her life.
Amanda is survived by her father, Robert Johnson and wife Jennifer of Benton, AR; mother, Beverly Johnson of Benton, AR; son, James King, Jr. of Benton, AR; two brothers, David Johnson and wife Jessica of Honolulu, HI and Chris Johnson and wife Carrie of Redfied, AR; sister, Pam Smith and husband Scott of Rockport, AR; grandmother, Sue Johnson of Bryant, AR; long-time boyfriend, James King; and many other family members and friends who loved Amanda and will miss her always.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 19th, 2015, 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. at Smith - Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market St., Benton, AR 72015. Graveside service will be held Friday, March 20th, 2:00 P.M. at Orion Cemetery, 4124 County Rd. 64, Redfield, AR, 72132.
