Alma Looper
Alma Marie Looper, 98, of Sherwood passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2010. She was a member of First Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ of North Little Rock. She loved flowers, gardening and ceramics.
She is survived by five sons, Robert (Patsy) Looper, of North Little Rock, Charles "Butch" (Carolyn) Looper, Danny (Cheryl) Looper, all of Sherwood, Bill (Gladys) Looper and Troy (Kay) Looper, all of North Little Rock; daughter, Dorthy Brown, of Angle, Texas; twenty one grandchildren; thirty two great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and one great-great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, R. P. Looper; son, James Looper and daughter, Barbara.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday at First Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ. Burial will be in Old Austin Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
