Alma A. Gathright, age 100 years and 10 months, of Little Rock, passed away January 26, 2015. She was born March 31, 1914 in Ferndale, Arkansas.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Neal Gathright; children Grady Stillman, Alma Lee McAdams; grandchildren Gregory Stillman, Mark Harris, MarthAnn Rusk and Chris Warren; siblings, a brother, Marvin White and sisters Erma Gray and Hazel McGrew.
Survivors include her children Bertha Graves, Carol Smith (Edward), Nora Warren (Larry) and Gary Gathright (Debbie); 19 Grandchildren; 28 Great-Grandchildren and 22 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at Huson Funeral Home Chapel at 7700 Highway 107, Sherwood, Arkansas. The family would like to invite everyone to attend a Celebration of Life that will take place after the Memorial Ceremony at 14002 Helenwood, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72118.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 901 North University Avenue, Little Rock, AR 72207 or to the American Heart Association. 909 West 2nd Street, Little Rock, AR 72201.
