Alene Parker Barnette, 77 of Little Rock died December 4, 2014. She was born August 16, 1937 in Winnsboro, Louisiana to Louis J. Parker and his wife Mary Helen Hickinbottom Parker. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother. Alene leaves behind her husband of 54 years Alton R. Barnette, four children, seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, five sisters and two brothers.
