Albert Strickland, born on August 10, 1950, was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend who touched the lives of many during his time on this Earth. He passed away peacefully on March 15, 2025, at Heartland Rehabilitation Center, leaving behind a legacy of love that will resonate in the hearts of his family and friends forever.

A graduate of Benton High School in 1968, Albert held dear the friendships he formed, particularly cherishing his Benton High School Class. His professional journey began at St. Vincent Hospital, followed by Capital Business Machines, and culminating in his retirement from CARTI. His love for Jesus was evident as he expressed unconditional and selfless love that his faith instilled.

Albert's passion extended beyond his professional life; he embraced his role as a devoted family man with unwavering dedication. He leaves behind his deeply cherished wife of 53 years, Kathy Strickland, whose heart he filled with love and joy. Their daughter, Michelle (Buck) Taylor, carries forward the love and values instilled by her remarkable father. Albert also adored his two grandchildren, Ashton and Hunter Taylor, who were the light of his life. The warmth and support of his family circle, filled with many close relatives and friends, stand testament to the extraordinary man he was.

Known for his vibrant spirit, Albert was an avid Razorback fan, causing smiles and laughter to bloom from his infectious enthusiasm. In a touching tribute to his memory, his family encourages everyone to wear their favorite Hog gear, celebrating the joy and passion he brought into their lives.
