Albert Hatfield
Albert E. "Gene" Hatfield was born August 16, 1945 in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, son of George A. Hatfield and Cleo W. Hatfield, who preceded him in death. Gene departed this life on May 1, 2014 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Gene is survived by his wife, Tonyia Hatfield: son Loren Hatfield and wife, Tammy Hatfield of Maumelle; son, Randy Hatfield of Little Rock; grandchildren, Jeff Hatfield and Skylar Hatfield of Maumelle; brother Bob Hatfield of Newport.
Gene enjoyed riding motorcycles, traveling with friends and family, watching NASCAR, and watching his grandchildren grow into young adults. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force; served with the Arkansas Highway Police; and most recently as a road driver with FedEx Freight.
A celebration of Gene's life will be held from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. Monday, May 5 at the North Little Rock Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 6 at the Arkansas State Veteran's Cemetery, North Little Rock, Arkansas.
