Agness Duncan

Agness M. Duncan, 92, passed away January 8, 2022.  Born in Heber Springs on September 4, 1929 to Emmett W. and Lula J. Knight Bolton, she was a member of Sharon Baptist Church. Agness was a great cook and always active in whatever she chose to do each day.

She is survived by her children, James Duncan (Pamela), Eddie W. Duncan (Penny) and Terry Duncan (Melissa); her sister, Dottie Garrett (J.C.); and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Walter A. Duncan, daughter, Betty Sue Roberts, sister, Betty Turney and brothers, B.J. Bolton and Roy Jeans.

Services are Saturday, January 15 at 11:00 a.m., followed by visitation from 12-2 p.m., at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct.  Burial will be Monday, January 17 at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Hills Memorial Park in Alexander.
