Agnes Crookham, 84, of Benton, Arkansas passed away December 18, 2015. She was born in Arkadelphia, Arkansas to the late William and Lula Mae Ray.
She is preceded in death by her son, Robert Fulcher, grandson, Brandon Lee Crookham, five sisters; Mary Burch, Dora Auld, Levicia Glover, Lola Potter and Jessie Glover, two brothers: John F. Ray and Willie J. Ray.
Agnes leaves behind to cherish her memories her children, Geraldine Glidewell, of Benton, AR, Anna Crawford, of Houston, TX, Teheresa Failla, of Benton, AR, Charles Failla and his wife Lynn, of Conway, AR, Eugene Fulcher, of Benton, AR, Clyde Crookham, and his wife Vanessa, of Haskell, AR, 16 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren, one brother, Jack Ray and his wife Audry, of Malvern, AR, two sisters Ida Duplissey, of Benton, AR and Robbie Auld, of Haskell.
Funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, December 22, 2015, at Smith-Benton Funeral Home 322 N. Market Street, Benton, Arkansas (501) 778-7100 with visitation from 4:00-6:00 p.m., Monday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mt. Harmory Cemetery in Haskell.
