Adgie Ruth Hughes, 83, of Bismarck, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at home on June 16, 2018. She was born February 12, 1935 to the late Jasper and Blanche Feazell Lambert. Adgie was the owner of Ship and Shore liquor in Hot Springs.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Conrad Lee "C.L." Hughes; her son, Carlton Lewis Hughes and her brother, Jerry Lambert.
She is survived by her sons, Rocklyn Lynn Hughes, Alan Bruce Hughes (Monica), and Mark Wayne Hughes (Alana); nine grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; brother, Murl Lambert; and sisters, Estene Marable (Jimmy), Linda Smith (Morgan), and Bennie Lambert.
A visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Ruggles Wilcox Funeral Home. A funeral will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at the funeral home, followed by burial at DeRoche Cemetery.
