Abelina Cruz

After a six year battle with dementia, Avelina passed away peacefully and was united with her husband on December 7, 2017 at the age of 84 at the Hospice House in Russellville, Arkansas with her daughter Camille right by her side . She was born on July 29, 1934, in Hollister, California and resided in San Jose, California until she became ill. She had her own business as a very successful Daycare Provider and was a amazing successful Beautician for 35 years in California. Avelina leaves behind her daughter Camille, her two sons Joel Jr. and Stephen. She will be sadly missed by her grandson Joseph, her grandaughters Brittany, Stephanie and Jayda, her great-grandchildren and family members and friends. Her life was a blessing her memories will always be treasured. She was a powerful influence to us, there is not enough words to describe her honesty and dedication as a wife, mother and a grandmother. She spoke her mind and was very blunt yet she had a heart of gold. She loved the Lord and had a gift of giving, a life changer and a blessing to others and never gave up. She loved country music and was a big George Jones fan. She made broken look beautiful and had many amazing talents. We know you would have been with us today if heaven wasn't so far. Mom you will be deeply missed.
