William “Bill” Fitts

William “Bill” Ray Fitts, 78, passed away on June 1, 2021.

Bill was the owner of Bill Fitt’s Auto Sales, Inc. that started in 1986.  He has helped a countless number of people establish credit through the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle.  Bill loved to garden, and whatever he grew he gave away. Things he didn't grow, like watermelons and corn, he bought and gave to his customers.  He also loved fishing and taking his grandkids to his favorite fishing holes.

He is survived by his wife, Yvonne Fitts; children, Stephine Fitts, Jennifer Finnegan (Thomas), Marc Fitts (Sheila); grandchildren, Jacquelyn, Thomas, and Jessica Finnegan, Dana Kidder, Ayden, Rhea, and Liam Fitts; siblings, Howard and Lynn Fitts; and host of other family and friends. He is preceded death by his parents, one sister, and three brothers.

Bill’s family wishes to thank Dell, Cynthia, Mary, and Tracy for their loving and compassionate care.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, from 6-8pm at Smith- Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Court, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205. A celebration of his life will be at Bill Fitts Auto Sales on the July 17, 2021, starting at 5:00 p.m.
