Thomas McNutt

Thomas Eugene McNutt, 74, of North Little Rock passed from this life on July 17, 2021. He was born June 16, 1947, in England, Arkansas to the late Edward and Kathlene (Elkins) McNutt. Thomas was a veteran of the United States Army, serving during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed, playing the guitar, farming, working on automobiles and hot rod racing, but was happiest when spending time with and spoiling his children and grandchildren. He was a member of the Apostolic Church of England. In addition to his parents Mr. McNutt was preceded in death by a son, William Thomas McNutt and siblings, Johnny McNutt, Patsy Waldrup and Mary Little.

Survivors include his loving and devoted wife of forty-seven years, Carolyn Diane McNutt; children, Shauna Chantel McNutt of North Little Rock, Derek (Amanda) McNutt of Scott, Thomas DaRon McNutt of North Little Rock, grandchildren, Matison Elizabeth Yates, Noah Dalton Yates, Kylie BreANN McNutt, Sawyer Jackson McNutt, and Scarlett Caroline McNutt. Other survivors include siblings Sheila McNutt Davis of Little Rock and Jimmy McNutt of North Little Rock along with a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Friday, July 23, 2021, at the Apostolic Church of England with Reverend Mark Melton and Reverend Bobby Dycus officiating. Interment will follow at Keo Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00pm until 8:00pm, Thursday, July 22, 2021, at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street, North Little Rock, Arkansas, 72114, (501) 758-1170.
