Theresa Dawn Frazier, 33, of Benton, passed away November 12, 2021. She was born January 14, 1988, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, AR. Theresa was a graduate of White Hall High School Class of 2006. On April 15, 2015, She married Vince Frazier, who was her partner in life for 10 years. She was proud to be a serving member of the U.S. Army as a Supply Sergeant with HHC, 39th Brigade Support Battalion of the Arkansas National Guard.
Theresa truly lived life to its fullest and could light up any room with her smile and laugh. She loved spending time with friends and family, enjoyed the outdoors, camping, bowling, cooking out and being at the lake, and had the career she absolutely loved. Theresa had a passion for traveling, attending baseball games with her husband, caring for her German Shepard, Ella, and would jump at the opportunity to do something silly to make someone laugh. She touched many lives with her bright, energetic personality.
After enlisting in 2005, Theresa served multiple deployments overseas, including Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Kosovo in support of Operation Joint Guardian, and Kuwait in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. Through hard work and dedication, she was awarded many awards; some of which includes 5 Army Commendations Medals, 3 Army Achievement Medals, Iraqi Campaign Medal, and Kosovo Campaign Medal. She dedicated nearly 17 years to the Arkansas Army National Guard achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant.
She is survived by her husband, Vince Frazier; fur baby, Ella Rose Frazier; father, Mark Stanfield (Tracy); Uncle, Chris Stanfield; grandmother, Carol Stanfield; sister, Ashley Nelson (Scott); brother, Jeffery Kelley; nieces and nephews, Maddison Lee White, Atlanta and Cash Nelson, Hadley, Duke, Amos, Jed, and Mack Burrows; in-laws, Greg and Lisa Blake; sister-in-law, Alex Burrows (Dave); brother-in-law, Steven Blake; Army-sisters, Athena Staples and Autumn Turner; and a host of so many other close family and friends.
Visitation will be Monday, November 29 from 7-9 p.m. at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. Services will be Tuesday, November 30 at 10:00 a.m., followed by interment with Military Honors at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock. Memorials may be made to a local animal shelter of one’s choice.
