Susan Olson

Susan Jean Olson passed from this life on December 27, 2021. She was born to John and Norma (Wright) Lyle on December 16, 1953.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Craig Olson; five children, Melissa Moore (Mark), Carl Olson (Aimee), Christian Olson (Melissa), Nathan Olson, Stephen Olson (JoAnna); her mother Norma Lyle; two sisters, Karen Poore, Donna Lyle and brother John Lyle; nine grandchildren, one niece and two nephews. She was preceded in death by her father.

Susan was a daughter of God and was one of his favorites. Her strong beliefs, selfless love, forgiving and generous spirit, and strength of character was an inspiration to us all. She was a talented painter, sculptor, spinner, knitter and writer who liked to spend time with family, grandchildren and friends.

Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home. Funeral service at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at the funeral home. Burial will be at 12:30 PM at Crestlawn Memorial Park, Conway.
