Ronald D. Godley, 57, of Jacksonville, passed away October 21, 2015. He was born in Owasso, Michigan to Kenneth and Virginia Austin Godley and was a U.S. Army veteran. He worked in the lawn and garden department at Lowe's.
He is survived by his daughter, Tiffany Light and son, David Godley; two brothers, Rodney Godley and Jeffrey Godley; sister, Kathy Peel; two grandchildren; four godchildren; and special friends, Charles and Florence Walters and Kristeena Singer. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Karen Jeffreys and granddaughter, Kayla Light.
Visitation will be Monday evening, October 26 from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services will be Tuesday, October 27 at 10:00 a.m. at First Assembly of God Church, 221 N. Elm St., Jacksonville, followed by interment with Military Honors at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
