Ricky Wayne McCauley, age 55 of Arkadelphia, died Sunday, April 7, 2013. He was born on April 6, 1958, in Arkadelphia, the son of Harvey Wayne & Judy Malcom McCauley. Ricky was a pharmacist in Arkadelphia and Hot Springs before he became ill 8 years ago. He was a member of the Arkansas Pharmacist Association, past board member of the Arkadelphia Water Commission, former instructor for Red Cross CPR training, volunteer AHS Softball Coach and a Methodist. Although Ricky's profession was a pharmacist, one of his passions was the family farm in Okolona.


He was preceded in death by his grandparents Van & Vesta Roberson Malcom and Harvey & Euphie Kelly McCauley. He is survived by his parents, his wife, Teresa Brazeale McCauley, his daughter Catherine McCauley Bellshaw (Chris) and his grandson, Campbell Bellshaw; his brother Gary McCauley (Charlotte), his sister Vanna Eddington (Steve); his father & mother-in-law H. Gene & Wilda Sue Brazeale, his brother-in-law David Brazeale (Glenda) and grandmother-in-law Doris Shaddock Brazeale; 4 nieces, 2 nephews & 2 great nephews.


Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 10 at 2:00 p.m. in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Langley officiating. Burial will be in the Okolona Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
