Parker Allen, Sr.

Parker Sheppard Allen, Sr., 93, of Little Rock, passed away with his family at his side on December 1, 2020. Born in North Adams, Massachusetts to Harold and Emily Harris Allen, he retired as a Master Sergeant from the U.S. Army Reserves. He was a member of the West 65th Street Church of Christ.

Preceded in death by his parents, his son, Parker Sheppard Allen, Jr., and a sister, he is survived by his wife of 65 years, Lillian Forshee Allen and daughter, Najeba Zomaya, both of Little Rock; and a granddaughter, Katrina Zomaya of California.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, December 8 at 12:00 noon at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander, officiated by Dr. Bob Dunaway. Covid-19 guidelines for wearing masks and social distancing will be observed.
