Michael McBryde
Michael Patrick McBryde, 70, of Little Rock, passed away October 19, 2015. He was born in Little Rock to the late Edgar and Mary Fowler McBryde.
He served in the United States Marine Corps, active duty July 1967-August 1970 with discharge rank of Captain. Mike served as Platoon Commander, Company Executive Office and Company Commander, with a tour in the Republic of Viet Nam from September 1968-October 1969.
Mike was a 1963 graduate of Central High School in Little Rock and a 1967 graduate of Hendrix College in Conway where he earned his B.A. in English Literature. He worked in trust banking for more than 30 years and was a graduate of the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. He attended Second Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Judy Paulette McBryde; children, Roby Brock (Stephanie) of Little Rock and Chris Brock (Mitzi) of Florida; brother, Mark McBryde (Ann) of Little Rock; three grandchildren, Baker Helton, Tucker Brock and Conley Brock; and father-in-law, Roy Paulette of Little Rock.
