Michael Havens

Michael “Doug” Havens of North Little Rock passed away on December 20, 2020. He was born on October 22, 1950 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Wayne and Amanda Havens.  He served in the United States Air Force for nine years.  He was a truck driver most of his civilian life at Salmon Companies. Doug was a member of Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Rose City.

He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Martha Springer and Charles Eugene Havens.

Doug is survived by his wife of forty-two years, Peggy Ann Havens; sister, Eloise Campbell (Charles); brother, Jerry Don Havens (Georgia); and other extended family.

Visitation will be 10:00 – 11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street.  A graveside service will follow at 12:00 PM at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery , 1501 West Maryland Ave., NLR.
