Lola Murrell Manning, 92, of Arkadelphia died Sunday, April 21, 2013. She was born March 26, 1921, in Arkadelphia, Arkansas to George Sheridan and Annie D. McAnally Murrell. She was a retired seamstress for Hollywood Vassarette with service of more than 25 years. She was a member of Third Street Baptist Church in Arkadelphia.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, James Herbert Manning, her son, James Gary Manning, and siblings, Charles, Dorine, Ethel, and Woodrow.
She is survived by one sister, Mary Manning of Arkadelphia; four grandchildren, Jamie Lynn Sheets of Arkadelphia, Stacey Ann Loden and her husband, Donny, of Hot Springs, David Lee Manning and his wife, Jenny, of Siloam Springs, and Dorrie Elizabeth Staal and her husband, Mike, of Baton Rouge, LA; eight great grandchildren, Adam Allen and his wife, Michelle, of Fayetteville, Faith Ledbetter, Kaitlin Loden, Nathan Loden, Claudia Manning, Dillon Thompson, Grayson Manning, and Cooper Manning; and one great great grandson, Rhys Allen.
Visitation will be from 12:00 - 1:30 on Tuesday, April 23rd at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at 2:00 to be held at Richwoods Cemetery officiated by Bro. Scott Jackson and Pastor Greg Latham.
