Laila Koba
Laila B. Koba, age 68, of Alexander, passed away Friday, May 23, 2014 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born on July 1, 1945 in Baghdad, Iraq.
Mrs. Koba will be remembered for being a wonderful mother, mother in law, and grandmother; she enjoyed setting on the lake and spending time with her grandchildren, family, and her beloved dog, "Coco".
She was preceded in death by her husband Hikmat Koba.
Survivors include her children, Arkan Koba, Namir Koba and wife Jane, Amir Koba and wife Nagum, Jack Koba and wife Diala; grandchildren, Yusuf Koba, Nick Koba, Nathan Koba, Ryan Koba, Tiffany Koba, Laila Koba, and Shawn Koba; great grandchildren, Layla Koba, Logan Koba, Myleigh Koba, and a host of family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at Huson Funeral Home Chapel in Little Rock, with burial following at Roselawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral service on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
