L. Shugart
L. O. Shugart, age 78, of Pine Bluff, formerly of Arkadelphia, passed away Monday, November 20, 2017 at his home in Pine Bluff. He was born January 5, 1939, to the late Lilburn Offutt and Mary Lou Whaley Shugart. He was a retired retail manager and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
He was preceded in death by two grandsons, Kyle Barber and Spencer Wessels; one great-grandson, Jonathan McCollum.
Survivors are three daughters, Mary Shugart Murdock, Betty Ray and Joann Wessels all of Pine Bluff; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 22nd at Rose Hill Cemetery with Bro. James Calhoun officiating. No visitation is planned.
