Jeannine Wagnon

Jeannine (Haltom) Wagnon of Beebe, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019.  She was born November 1, 1931 in Chicago, Illinois and grew up in Camden, Arkansas.  She married Hugh Wagnon in 1952.  They were married fifty-two years until Hugh passed away in Pine Bluff in 2004.  She was also preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Mary Haltom, and sisters Peggy Shumate and Loretta Jacob.

She is survived by her nieces Kimberly Benton and Allison (Michael) Ham; great-nephews Austin, Hayden and James; great-niece, Kimberly; great-great-nephews Colby and Paxton Benton; and brother-in-law Charles Jacob.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hugh and Jeannine Wagnon Scholarship Fund, Harding University, Searcy, AR.

Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 20, 2019, at Beebe Church of Christ.  Cremation arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home. www.smithfamilycares.com
