Christian Roger Burt, age 53 of East End, passed away December 8, 2014 at home. He was born on December 28, 1960 in Greenville, Mississippi; Chris Burt was the son of Charles Reace Burt and Ernestine Burt.
Chris Burt was a Field Service Engineer for General Electric for 2 years. He was a member of East Union Missionary Baptist Church, Johnson family deer camp and enjoyed hunting, outdoor activities, spending time with family and children, fishing, working on cars, NASCAR, and football.
He is preceded in death by Charles Reace Burt.
Survivors include Sharon Dee Burt (wife); Ernestine Burt (Mother); Mark Anthony Burt (brother); Teri Denise Johnson (sister); Cory Reace Burt (son), Jamie Renae Newton (daughter), Taylor Anthony Burt (son).
Visitation will be December 11, 2014 from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at East Union Missionary Baptist Church, East End, AR.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., on December 12, 2014 at East Union Missionary Baptist Church, East End, AR.
Burial will follow at 2:00 p.m.at Arkadelphia Cemetery in Crossett, AR with a fellowship at Jarvis Chapel, Crossett, AR.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to East Union Missionary Baptist Church in, East End, AR.
