Bill Gene DeJarnatt, 94, of North Little Rock, passed away January 30, 2020. Born in Quitman, Arkansas to Frederick and Mayme DeJarnatt, he was a U.S. Navy veteran serving in World War II and a member of Rosedale Baptist Church where he was a Deacon.
He is survived by his daughter, Barbara Alston (Ned) of North Little Rock; sister, Kitty McAdams of Ft. Smith, son-in-law, Bill Margrave of Little Rock; grandchildren, Brian Margrave of Arizona, Kerri Nettles (Jonathan) of North Little Rock and Brad Margrave (Chelsey) of Little Rock; great-grandchildren, Nicolas Gonzales, Gavin Madru, Abby Margrave and Alexis Margrave; and other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Colleen DeJarnatt and brothers, James DeJarnatt and Ben DeJarnatt.
Services will be held on Tuesday, February 4 at 12:00 p.m., preceded by visitation beginning at 11:00, at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), officiated by Pastor Hart Moore. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.
